This Lüfka washcloth is what inspired our personal zero waste journey. Lüfkas have been used for centuries in the sensual hammams or bathhouses of the ancient civilization of Mesopotamia. Lüfkas are 100% handmade, biodegradable & vegan. This one Lüfka washcloth will replace at least 5-6 plastic sponges that shed microplastics in our water system.

After use, please rinse your lüfka, ring it out to dry, and hang it up by its handles. With proper care, your lüfka can last up to one year. When you want to replace your Lüfka, you can plant it in your garden or compost it. Some people even use it to line planter boxes and plant pots.
