Shampoo Bar Instructions

1. It is important to clarify your hair of synthetic residues by rinsing it with Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) before using your new shampoo bar.
2. Get your hair wet and then spray the ACV on your hair and massage it in. Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then rinse your hair thoroughly.
3. Rub the shampoo bar directly on your scalp in a combing motion. Massage scalp, adding more water as needed to work up a good lather.
4. Rinse, and repeat if desired.
